QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in the UC or AV technology sector, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales leadership roles, including team management and regional growth initiatives.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a player-coach mentality; willing to roll up sleeves and engage directly in sales cycles when needed.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; adept at navigating matrix organizations and working with diverse teams.
  • Strategic vision to build and scale a global business development function from the ground up.
  • Proven ability to navigate diverse cultural and business landscapes across multiple regions, including North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics tools to assess market opportunities, track team performance, and optimize strategies.

VALUABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Experience with IP audio or VoIP systems.
  • Experience working with IP Hardware, ideally within sales function

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Business Development Lead to join our sales leadership team. This critical role will drive Algo’s global growth strategy by leading our newly established Regional Business Development team. Reporting to Executive Leadership, the Global Business Development Lead will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, driving regional growth initiatives, and acting as a key player-coach within the organization. The Business Development Lead will have the opportunity to build their team, with open roles in the USA, UK, EU and Middle East. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Algo’s global expansion efforts and to lead a critical function with significant growth potential.
