Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain PowerBI dashboards that provide actionable insights into global operations, including supply chain, production, and commercial performance.
• Use Python to automate reporting, perform advanced analytics, and support AI/ML initiatives such as forecasting or anomaly detection.
• Write efficient SQL and DAX queries to model and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions in partnership with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Support the integration of trade-related data (e.g., tariff impacts, lead time variability, country-level performance) into reporting and analytics.
• Analyze global trends in demand, production, and logistics, surfacing risks or opportunities linked to market shifts or trade conditions.
• Present insights clearly to both technical and business audiences, enabling fast and informed decisions.
• Contribute to global analytics standards and best practices in data quality, modeling, and visualization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in analytics or BI roles, preferably in a global operations or manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in:

• PowerBI (data modeling and DAX)
• Python (for automation, analytics, or modeling)
• SQL (for querying, joining, and transforming data)
• Familiarity with supply chain, production, and inventory processes.
• Understanding of global trade concepts (e.g., tariffs, regional demand flows, import/export dynamics) is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.
• Comfort working across time zones and collaborating with teams in the US and Asia.
