YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science and engineering, Maths, Statistics or related field – MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence related fields
  • Strong numerical and statistical skills - ability to apply creative analytical methods to solve problems and expertise leveraging analytical tools
  • Customer-centric approach – broad industry experience is a plus
  • Ability to deliver work that has numerous tactical applications in a clearly visual form
  • Managerial skills driving teams specialized in Business Intelligence

Responsibilities:

  • Determine how to best capture and interpret customer, and potential customer, data from a range of sources and communicate the findings across functions
  • Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to learn what motivates customer, and leverage this data in support of business interests
  • Lead on customer propensity analysis and leverage this intelligence to improve marketing strategy as well as design research programs to address business needs
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable B2B customer insights and recommendations
  • Identify customer unmet needs and research tactical and transformation solutions
  • Manage data quality and ensure actionable uses organization wide
  • Provide expert advice on the best analytical tools and software
  • Develop a strategic data transformation plan and communicate this framework to relevant stakeholders
