AS PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU’LL SUPPORT BOTH MARKETING AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS, CONTRIBUTING TO REAL PROJECTS THAT SHAPE THE FUTURE OF OUR PERSONAL CARE AND BEAUTY BUSINESS.Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and digital content.
  • Support the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze consumer trends and insights to help identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to project management efforts, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Job requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva or AI tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management.
  • Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Team-oriented with a creative and solution-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English (German or French is a plus, but not required)
