For our IT Governance team in our offices in Munich, we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position of

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Successfully completed studies in Economics, Business Administration, IT, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus
  • At least 8 years of working experience in senior business process management; consulting experience in management, process, or IT is preferred
  • Strong expertise in DX, IT, and functional areas like R&D
  • Proven experience in process modeling, documentation, and automation, ideally including AI implementation
  • Business Process Management Professional (BPMP®) certification is an advantage
  • Excellent ability to integrate and translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a high sense of accountability
  • Strong communication and social skills, fostering collaboration across teams
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business needs into process solutions as part of digital transformation
  • Shape and communicate the long-term Business Process Management (BPM) strategy with global leadership
  • Drive BPM requirements in selected global digital transformation projects
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cross-functional processes
  • Standardize process management through a Global BPM framework and best practices
  • Support process automation and other digitalization & innovation initiatives like AI
  • Manage global process projects and workshops to identify and resolve inefficiencies as well lead process discovery
  • Support process-driven performance management and strategic transformation programs (e.g., S4 HANA, automation)
  • Train and coach stakeholders in BPM methodologies and tools
  • Develop BPM documentation, governance guidelines, and process work instructions
  • Foster a strong BPM community and ensure effective communication across teams
