Sitting within the Global Sales team, this role drives the global category vision by turning consumer, shopper, and market insights into scalable strategies, frameworks, and playbooks. You will partner closely with global and local stakeholders to enable consistent, value-creating category growth across markets. Acting as a category thought leader, you will elevate customer conversations from short-term negotiations to long-term strategic partnerships. This role balances brand ambition, commercial performance, and market execution at scale. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the global coffee category vision and long-term growth roadmap in line with brand and value creation strategy Act as the global category expert for international customers, shaping strategic selling narratives and long-term category growth plans Translate consumer, shopper, and performance insights into clear category opportunities and actionable recommendations Develop and deploy global category management frameworks and playbooks (e.g. Master Stock List, channel strategies) Enable and challenge local markets with strategic guidance, best practices, and hands-on support for priority initiatives Influence cross-functionally across Marketing, RGM, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Innovation to embed category thinking end-to-end Qualifications Working at JDE Peet’s is hands-on, fast-paced, and impact-driven.
