What You’ll Do Lead and implement purchasing strategies for assigned consumables categories globally. Manage strategic sourcing activities (RFI/RFP) and negotiate with top-tier suppliers. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO). Build strong supplier relationships and develop SRM frameworks. Track KPIs, monitor performance, and take corrective actions when needed. Drive integration projects and evaluate new tools to boost efficiency. Qualifications Educational background in Business, Finance, or Engineering; MBA level preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, including leading global sourcing projects within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, set priorities effectively, and work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets and scopes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
