Global Category Manager Third-Party Manufacturing

We are delighted to be recruiting for a leading global Food & Beverage company in the search for a Global Category Manager Third-Party Manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious procurement professional to take ownership of a strategically important category, working closely with Supply Chain and senior stakeholders across an international organisation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies for Third-Party Manufacturing in line with Supply Chain and business priorities
• Manage and develop relationships with strategic 3PM partners
• Assess supplier capabilities, capacity and technology fit against business requirements
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract development and qualification processes
• Manage supplier onboarding, registration and master data within systems including SAP Ariba
• Lead supplier performance discussions and support the resolution of quality and operational escalations

• The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone with:5 years' experience within Procurement, Supply Chain or Third-Party/Contract Manufacturing
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Experience managing strategic suppliers and complex stakeholder relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Working knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4HANA (MM) and Ariba
• Fluent English is required; German would be advantageous
• FMCG or food and beverage industry experience
