As the Global Category Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies that align with market insights, partner requirements, and value-add potentials for LEGO® interior fit-out projects across the Retail and Workplace real estate portfolio. More specifically, you will:

• Ensure the seamless execution of fit-out projects on a global scale.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with global partners, including designers, project managers, general contractors, and furniture suppliers.
• Advance our sustainability objectives by effectively influencing and collaborating with our global supply network.
• Drive the aggregation of global spending to maximize the LEGO Group’s purchasing power and enhance its value proposition.
• Develop and sustain a diverse global supplier network, focusing on contracting, negotiations, relationship management, risk assessment, and supplier performance.
• Leverage supplier expertise to foster innovation and improve productivity while building strong executive partnerships.
• Occasionally travel to various LEGO locations
