About the role
Nexperia is a global semiconductor company, producing billions of microchips every year. The design, production and distribution of these microchips is a complex worldwide process.
Our international headquarter is located in Nijmegen.
Non product related procurement (NPR) is a major part of the global procurement organization with a total spend of more than $300M. The NPR commodities are IT, Facility, Energy, Logistics and professional services.
The NPR organization consist of 3 global commodity managers, 2 regional leads (EU+ASIA) a Lead in the Netherlands and over 15 local NPR purchasers over 6 production sites worldwide.
Because of our growth ambitions we are looking for a Global Category Sourcing Manager focusing on professional services (HR, Finance, Communication & Marketing, Consultancy, Insurance & Travel).

What you will do

  • Manage the total professional services spend (+/- $15M) on a global level.
  • Liaise with suppliers and our different internal departments for routine and ad-hoc procurement projects to secure the best NPR delivery throughout the organization.
  • Payment term negotiation, contract, and vendor performance management.
  • Benchmark and formulate best-fit procurement vehicles to drive cost savings and efficiency improvement.
  • Support EU regional teams on local synergy projects in Europe and several NPR categories.
  • Measure the supplier performance and provide them with constructive feedback.
  • Sourcing market information, latest trends and benchmarking best practices in procurement area.
  • Enforce the procurement policy and ensure all purchases are fully complied with the requirement.

What you will need

  • Bsc Business degree, or a related study and a NEVI or similar education.
  • Sourcing category experience in the NPR area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Flexible in adapting to changing deadlines, priorities, and requirements.
