WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
  • Qualified Stoma Care Certificate (i.e.: WOC, ET, Stoma Care Nurse, NSWOC)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registered Nurse
  • WOC/ET/Stoma Therapy Nurse
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a nurse in acute care setting
  • Recent clinical experience
  • Experience in industry; marketing, sales and/or product management role (highly desirable)
  • Experience in medical device marketplace
  • Prior business experience (highly desirable)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Teaching experience
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

To establish Hollister and Dansac brands as the preferred choice, by the provision of Clinical Education that drives clinician satisfaction while helping to improve patient outcomes. The clinical education assets will support the Global Marketing Organisation (GMO) strategy towards Skin Health Leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE:

  • Verbal communication and listening skills
  • Mobility essential for travel (car, train, air), approximately 30% travel
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Understanding of basic marketing management
  • Basic understanding of marketing and product management
  • Ability to function in a heavily matrixed environment
  • Time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be able to analyse and interpret data and complex information, must be able to disseminate complex medical data to peers and laymen
