General Purpose & Scope of the Job Position
Lead the commercial analytics function and initiatives, working collaboratively with global and regional leadership teams, especially with the regional commercial heads. This role will enable building a common data and analytics foundation for Caldic globally. It brings data driven insights and sustainable solutions to enhance Caldic group-wide commercial strategy, cross-regional coordination, change management and most importantly, supporting the strategy execution and common performance measurements.
This is a strategic enablement role. Part of the responsibility is to provide leadership in building a “data informed” organization, processes and decision making. The successful candidate will be someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with global and regional C-suite leaders, to drive towards a common vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Provide business analysis to the global and regional leadership teams for the purpose of design and implementation of strategic or commercial excellence initiatives.
Work closely with Finance business controlling teams on connecting commercial and financial analytics together.
Drive cross-regional coordination and collaboration on building common data analytics foundation required for commercial planning, strategies, and requirements to support growth.
Lead, design and drive key projects to bring structural data-driven and analytics capabilities to improve the effectiveness of the commercial organization, better understand external market/customer needs and enhancing the sustainability of actions.
Support alignment of common performance measurements across regions and drive regular monitoring to inform implementation of strategy, specific group targets and action items.
Drive design and implementation of business tools to enhance existing practices and prepares processes for path forward. Conduct training on how to effectively use the developed tool as a part of roll-out plan.
Lead the short-mid-long term roadmap of global data analytics capabilities for commercial organization.
Develop balanced scorecards, key metrics and indicators to consult the global and regional commercial leaders on the implementation of key strategic initiatives, identify improvement opportunities and support the mitigation strategies.
Support the adoption of key commercial tools and processes like CRM data quality, use of analytics dashboards, commercial tools etc.
Coach and work collaboratively with regional analyst teams in support of various global and regional commercial excellence initiatives.

Position Requirements & Key Abilities

University degree, MBA preferred. Minimum 10-12 years of working experience in data analytics, business administration, marketing, or project management.
Strong business acumen, analytical & problem-solving skills, combined with structural approach.
Excellent coordination/communication and organization skill, initiative, self-motivated, multi-tasking, good ability to prioritize workload, and with flexibility to work extended hours.
Strong presentation skills both verbally and in written form.
Excellent handling of PowerPoint, Excel and associated IT tools. Strong technical skillset in data management, visual storytelling and specially PowerBI tool.
Ability to work effectively in teams, diverse group, other cultures, and complex environments.
Fluency in English
