Description:

OVERVIEW:

This is the first International C&B manager role and will have important impact by further professionalizing our total rewards programs that underpin our culture and drive our growth agenda.
This role can be based in (Shenzhen/Suzhou/Hong Kong/China or Singapore), to support our international entities in India, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Brazil, US and Europe .
You will have opportunity to 0-to-1 build up C&B philosophy, framework and implementation plans
This role requires to engage with global and local HR leaders, finance, legal and business stakeholders on all levels that are needed to drive the total rewards agenda

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor degree holder or above in HR management or other related disciplines
  2. Minimum 8 years solid global/regional C&B experience in MNC
  3. Experience in Total Rewards consulting firms is an advantage
  4. Strong logical thinking and data analytical skills
  5. Good communication and outstanding problem-solving ability
  6. Strong proficiency in Excel and PP

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage all aspects of C&B programs including Job & Pay structure, industry benchmarking analytics, performance & bonus plans, etc.
  2. Be the subject expert to both senior management and HR with regards to (design of) reward programs and policies. Effective collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and other HR functions is crucial.
  3. Professionalize the annual manpower budget in line with deadlines and guidelines
  4. Define and develop the C&B programs and activities to meet the company short-term or long-term objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness
  5. Lead/manage routine C&B related processes e.g. budgeting, salary planning, merit increase, incentive scheme, etc.
  6. Lead C&B projects e.g. marmonization of job titling and pay grading for different entities.
