REQUIREMENTS

You are an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional who thrives in an international environment and knows how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Ideally, you bring experience from a global or multi-country scope, enabling you to navigate diverse markets with ease.

  • You have a strong understanding of insurance programs and the ability to negotiate confidently with vendors and partners.
  • You combine a proven background in project and change management with the skill to drive complex initiatives forward.
  • You excel in stakeholder management, building trusted relationships with senior leaders across regions.
  • You are data-driven and analytical, turning insights into clear actions and impactful strategies.
  • You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a plus in our truly international setup.

Responsibilities

Global Compensation & Variable Pay

  • Manage and organize global compensation programs, including bonus and variable pay.
  • Partner with business leaders to align variable pay structures with performance management and company KPIs.
  • Ensure transparency and clarity in all communications regarding bonus frameworks and eligibility.

Benefits Management & Rollout

  • Lead the rollout of the new benefits framework across 17 countries, acting as the key contact for all administrative questions.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, brokers, and technology providers.
  • Track and analyze benefit costs, utilization, and employee satisfaction.
  • Run annual renewal processes for global benefits programs.

Policies, Processes & Compliance

  • Develop and adjust global policies and guidelines to ensure consistency across hiring, administration, and payroll.
  • Streamline processes to reduce administrative complexity and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Monitor market trends, legislation, and competitive offerings to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Communication & Engagement

  • Design and implement communication strategies to increase awareness and understanding of benefits.
  • Manage intranet content, FAQs, and employee information sessions.
  • Measure program effectiveness and prepare regular reports and ad hoc analyses.
  • Proactively recommend new products, vendors, and tools to enhance benefits offerings.
