QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
10–12 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits within a global or multinational organisation.
Proven track record in designing and managing reward frameworks and benefits programs across multiple countries.
Expertise in global mobility including expatriate compensation, relocation, tax equalization, and compliance.
Strong understanding of international tax, social security, and cross-border employment regulations.
Experience supporting operations in Africa, the UK, and Latin America.
Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, WTW, HAY) and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a strong asset.
