You will be instrumental in defining, measuring, and developing the skills needed to deliver world-class technical support. You’ll build and implement a global competency framework and training programs that drive performance and elevate our support organization.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, HR Development, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in development and implementation of competency models.
  • Experience in integrating competency management into strategy and personnel development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities
  • Identify key competencies for our support specialists and establish a robust system for evaluating skills (testing, interviews, performance assessments, feedback).
  • Design and implement a global accreditation program, including audit processes, to ensure consistent quality across all regions.
  • Integrate competency model into of our HR processes
  • Identify training needs, design engaging and innovative learning solutions (including train-the-trainer programs), and continuously improve our training effectiveness.
  • Manage the training budget and provide insightful reports on qualification levels and program impact.
