WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

The Global Conflicts team is currently seeking a manager to support the Global Conflicts Leader and the team. This role requires a combination of conflicts knowledge, project management, contribution to innovative process excellence, change management and training initiatives designed to improve awareness, compliance, consistency and efficiency of conflict checking procedures.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the planning, design, implementation and execution of initiatives to drive behaviors and processes to meet regulatory and policy requirements related to conflicts of interest.
  • Support the design and development of Global Conflicts key initiatives and projects, working with Global Conflicts Leadership and the Global Conflicts Advisory Group.
  • Provide regular reports to Global Conflicts Leadership regarding development of global Conflicts policy, quality control activities, and consultations.
  • Aid the design, build, testing, deployment and defect fixes for Paradigm
  • Assist with consultations related to Conflicts policy (DPM 1430) with the businesses, member firm Conflicts Leaders, Directors of Independence and Conflicts professionals throughout the global network, along with coordinating with Global Independence and global business leaders on DPM 1430 policy updates.
  • Support internal communication and training programs to deliver universal, consistent messages related to Conflicts requirements and quality control initiatives.
  • Coordinate Global Conflicts reviews of member firms and geographies.

ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience; prior conflicts experience, project management and regulatory compliance experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as DCCS, DESC, and other relevant Conflict related tools.
  • Knowledge of Paradigm
  • In depth understanding of professional standards and policies related to conflicts of interest. Prior conflicts experience is necessary.
