For more information, visit www.alliedindustrialpartners.com Job Profile: Corporate Controller: The Global Corporate Controller oversees worldwide accounting, consolidation, reporting and controls, and serves as a key business partner to the CFO and operations leadership. The role combines technical finance stewardship with strategic support for growth, profitability and operational execution. operations for all entities. Owns integrity of global financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely consolidated results under US GAAP/IFRS and local statutory rules. Primary Job Role Key Responsibilities: Accounting Oversees general ledger, close, consolidation, group financial statements and statutory audits as applicable including intercompany and FX. Designs and maintains the control environment in conjunction with local accounting teams, including policies, procedures, and internal controls across all entities and regions. Drive finance transformation for the CFO, including process standardization, ERP/automation initiatives, and improved close and reporting cycles. Manage accounting teams and provide clear direction and support (US and Europe) Ensures compliance with US GAAP and any IFRS to GAAP adjustments. Publish accurate and detailed financial statements to the organization Prepare and analyze financial statements including consolidation and three-statement reporting needed for lender compliance (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) Ensure timely and accurate payment and filing of all tax returns including income, sales, and property taxes prepared by 3rd party tax firms. Leads audits and relationship with external auditors, tax advisors and other financial stakeholders. Manages and develops financial staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees Primary point of contact for NetSuite accounting-related matters, including IT tickets, enhancements, add-ons, etc. Research accounting policies and draft SOPs, procedure manuals, and technical accounting memoranda Oversees all Treasury activities including daily cash positioning, liquidity, cash forecasting and lender compliance reporting.
