QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience leading brand and marketing at a global scale (experience at lululemon, Arc’teryx, Aritzia, or comparable Vancouver-rooted brand strongly preferred).
  • 5+ years in creative, brand, or marketing leadership with international scope.
  • Strong portfolio of lifestyle brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
  • Experience bridging Western branding aesthetics with Asia-Pacific market sensibilities.
  • Multilingual (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese) an asset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work across cultures.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Global Creative Marketing Director to lead Pawomics’ brand identity and global expansion. This role blends creative vision and marketing execution to scale Pawomics into a trusted lifestyle-science brand worldwide.
We are especially interested in candidates who have invovled in building global brands rooted in Vancouver—such as lululemon, Arc’teryx, Aritzia, or comparable consumer wellness/retail brands—and who can translate that experience into shaping Pawomics as the next global pet health leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creative Direction
  • Define and evolve Pawomics’ global brand identity, ensuring a premium yet science-backed image.
  • Oversee design, packaging, digital channels, and storytelling for consistency and impact.
  • Translate complex microbiome science into compelling, lifestyle-driven messaging.
  • Global Marketing Leadership
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
  • Leverage Pawomics’ North American credibility to accelerate brand trust in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
  • Lead digital, retail, and influencer campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
  • Represent Pawomics at international trade shows and industry events.

  • Cultivate relationships with distributors, retailers, and veterinary networks.
  • Identify and launch regional campaigns that balance North American science with Asian consumer culture.
