Global CRM Internship | Curricular Internship | Starting date: September 2026 | 6 months | Milan  We are looking for a talented person to join our Global CRM team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives across multiple markets, working closely with experienced professionals and local teams worldwide. You will contribute to CRM campaigns, customer journeys, and performance analysis, helping drive customer engagement through a data-driven approach while gaining exposure to a truly international business environment.   Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from day 1.   You’ll be in charge of: * Supporting the design and implementation of CRM campaigns and customer journeys aligned with global engagement and business objectives. * Assisting in the coordination and monitoring of CRM activities across markets, ensuring consistency with global guidelines and best practices. * Analyzing campaign performance and customer engagement data, identifying insights and opportunities to improve results. * Contributing to the optimization of CRM processes, tools, and channels, while supporting the sharing of best practices across regions.   You are the right person if you: * Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. * Strong interest in CRM, customer engagement, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making. * Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset. * Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.   What else­?
