We are seeking a Global CRM Lead to drive engagement and retention through structured lifecycle strategies across multiple stakeholder groups at both local and global levels. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, automation, and performance — ensuring seamless customer journeys and reliable data integration across platforms. Role Overview 🌍 As CRM & Marketing Automation Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM initiatives including email marketing, lifecycle automation, landing pages, website forms, and promotional campaign coordination. You will play a critical role in improving engagement performance, strengthening retention strategies, and ensuring clean, scalable CRM operations that support broader marketing and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities 🎯 1. CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive engagement and retention across diverse stakeholder segments (local and global). Design, build, and optimize lifecycle journeys using HubSpot and Customer.io. Continuously enhance customer touchpoints based on performance insights and evolving business priorities. 2. Email Marketing & Automation Plan, create, and manage email campaigns in HubSpot and Customer.io. Build automated workflows and advanced segmentation strategies. Ensure campaign performance aligns with defined engagement and retention KPIs. 3. Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization Build and manage landing pages within HubSpot. Optimize user journeys to improve conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and continuous performance improvements. 4. Website Banners, Pop-ups & Forms Manage website banners and pop-ups within HubSpot. Oversee website forms (HubSpot, WordPress, Gravity Forms) ensuring full CRM integration. Maintain data integrity and seamless system connectivity across platforms. 5. Promotional Campaign Coordination Develop campaign briefs aligned with strategic marketing objectives. Coordinate cross-channel execution to ensure integrated delivery. Align CRM initiatives with broader commercial and marketing plans. 6. Reporting & Performance Analysis 📊 Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lifecycle metrics. Translate data into actionable insights to enhance engagement and retention strategies. Monitor KPIs related to email performance, conversion rates, and stakeholder engagement. Requirements Proven experience in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Customer.io (or similar platforms). Experience managing website forms and CRM integrations (WordPress, Gravity Forms). Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and KPI tracking. Ability to coordinate cross-functional campaigns and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
