Job Description
We are seeking a Global Customer Care Coordinator to support our Metals Commodities product line within the Natural Resources division. This role is pivotal in managing the order-to-invoice process and coordinating global operations for our international clients.
You’ll work closely with SGS affiliates worldwide to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate reporting, and timely invoicing, making a direct impact on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in marine, technical, chemical, or commercial disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in back-office functions or client service delivery
  • Strong understanding of Metals Commodities trade inspections.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Outlook; familiarity with Oracle BOSS is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and a collaborative team player
  • Solution oriented mindset

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Additional languages are advantageous
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of international inspection protocols and certification standards

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate global product-line operations and client service delivery.
  • Manage client enquiries regarding inspection and laboratory services.
  • Liaise with SGS affiliates to track work progress and communicate updates.
  • Analyze inspection data and review reports to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to inspection protocols and business policies.
  • Oversee billing procedures and generate client invoices.
  • Maintain job files in line with internal control systems.
  • Support accounts receivable management in line with group policy.
