You’ll shape how we define success, how we deliver value at every stage, and how we make sure our customers achieve more with us year after year.

• Lead the entire Customer Success function, from strategy to hands-on execution.
• Build and coach a high-performing team that delivers consistent, measurable impact for our customers.
• Personally take on a portfolio of strategic accounts, showing by example what world-class customer success looks like.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Delivery to ensure a seamless customer journey and unlock new opportunities for growth.
• Drive retention and expansion, the two biggest levers in our growth story.
