In this role, you’ll be at the core of our mission: building strong, long-term partnerships with customers ranging from first-time buyers in new markets to some of the world’s largest enterprise accounts. You’ll shape how we define success, how we deliver value at every stage, and how we make sure our customers achieve more with us year after year.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire Customer Success function, from strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Build and coach a high-performing team that delivers consistent, measurable impact for our customers.
  • Personally take on a portfolio of strategic accounts, showing by example what world-class customer success looks like.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Delivery to ensure a seamless customer journey and unlock new opportunities for growth.
  • Drive retention and expansion, the two biggest levers in our growth story.
