This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our global customs strategy! Over the next five years, we’re consolidating our customs systems worldwide and standardizing our operations on CargoWise One. While CargoWise One is a SaaS solution managed by the vendor, we need a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee crucial aspects of testing and release management for this enterprise-level software.
We have a preference for candidates based in the UK, but we are open to considering candidates also from EU countries.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing system operations for CargoWise One, ensuring established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for our users and customers.
  • Designing, implementing, and operating robust change and release management processes for CargoWise One.
  • Coordinating the monthly release cycle testing across various environments and countries within the region. You’ll also implement Quality
  • Assurance processes to support our continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with national customs teams to coordinate the delivery of new functionalities and enhancements.
  • Managing a first-level support team within our shared service center, ensuring prompt and effective user assistance.
  • Coordinating incident management in conjunction with our internal IT teams and the software vendor to resolve issues efficiently
