Your responsibilities: Own and oversee Global Data Platforms (Power BI, AWS, Snowflake), ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing services Monitor, analyse, and report cloud usage and costs, driving transparency and cost optimisation Design and implement a global data service chargeback model aligned to IT financial governance Standardise ways of working across global data teams, enabling consistent and efficient operations Lead documentation and knowledge management for Global Data Operations Deliver clear operational reporting and insights to senior stakeholders and local boards Act as a key liaison between Global IT and Data Operations to support effective service delivery Support and coordinate delivery of priority global data initiatives and programmes Our requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) Certifications or hands-on experience with AWS, Snowflake, and/or Power BI administration Experience working in a global or multi-market environment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment Strong understanding of cloud platforms, cost management, and usage metrics (AWS, Snowflake) Experience administering Power BI services, including licensing, access, and workspace governance Knowledge of data operations, governance, and documentation best practices Experience using cloud cost monitoring and reporting tools Proven ability to analyse and report on platform usage and cost data Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills What we can offer: Stable employment – 93% of people are employed under an employment contract for an indefinite period.
