GLOBAL DELIVERY MANAGER

In this role, you will help to shape, roll-out and continuously improve the next generation transportation management system across our distribution centres around the globe. In Pandora, we have embarked on a journey to transform the fulfilment ecosystem, enabled by a cutting-edge transportation management system/product, Centiro.
As a Global Delivery Manager you will join the Global Fulfilment & Delivery Transformation team in Global Operations that consists of eight masterful, fun and caring colleagues. You will become the global subject matter expert (SME) that will work on uncovering the business needs, clarifying requirements, establishing and maintaining global processes, and ensuring user adoption. You will support with shaping the product team vision and system capabilities through a close collaboration with the product manager. You will on daily basis be part of an agile product team. You will hereby be working side by side with the product manager, business analyst and engineers. The agile product team sits within the Omni Operations Product Line consisting of three other product teams.

Key accountabilities:

  • Effectively communicate and socialize the product vision, roadmap, and capabilities across multiple stakeholders
  • Closely collaborate with our internal customers to identify their needs, opportunities for improvement and pain points
  • Challenge current ways of working and help design future global processes and capabilities
  • Establish and safeguard global processes critical for the roll-out, adoption and operations Centiro
  • Enable the quality assurance and testing strategy by communicating quality standards, testing scenarios and adherence to product acceptance criteria
  • Drive user adoption
