This role is pivotal in leading and implementing global initiatives aimed at simplifying our Global Delivery operations and driving transformative change. You will collaborate closely with operations and technology to ensure program objectives are met, operational requirements clear and solutions are tested.
What you will be responsible for
As a Global Delivery Simplification Managing Director you will:
Drive Operational Transformation: Develop and implement operating model changes to shift our operations towards digitalization and enhanced client experience.
Lead AI Implementation: Guide the design and implementation of AI solutions across Global Delivery Operations, fostering scalability
Strategic resource allocation: Direct AI technology solutions by strategically allocating resource to high value projects that simplify, innovate, and mitigate risk
Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Product, Operations, Technology to execute scalable solutions aligned with Company’s strategy, regulatory requirements, and customer needs
Promoting continuous improvement : foster a culture of continuous improvement and maintain a robust service and control environment
Risk Excellence: demonstrate commitment to risk excellence through accountability, continuous learning, and awareness of regulatory and technological advancements

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
