DESCRIPTION:
About your role
As the Global Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing Clarus Adventure’s global websites & CRM programs (global templates & content), working in close collaboration with regional Digital & eCommerce (Marketplace) Managers & Marketing Managers (APAC & Americas) enabling them to execute in local markets.
The ideal candidate will have a deep broad understanding of digital marketing, and a passion for outdoor adventure.
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, including website CMS & customer journey management.
Relevant Degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
Proven track record in website or CRM email marketing development.
Experience managing a team member or small team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Manage the loading or global content and ensure regional content aligns with brand guidelines.
•
Develop robust programs to automate and optimise the provision of content across all Clarus Adventure websites globally (in collaboration with external agency partners).
•
Manage and maintain the VPM (Vehicle Product Management) database globally, including translations into other language websites.
•
Review content and technical aspects of the website to optimise organic traffic.
•
Ensure web content updates are accurate and aligned with Product Managers, Engineering and Sales teams.
•
Develop programs with regional Marketing Managers to drive positive customer reviews and sentiment across all digital touchpoints.
•
Management of the Website Specialist.
•
Support the regional Digital & eCommerce Managers, with relevant content across our websites, Amazon, Google Marketplace, and PDM/TechDoc databases.
