Make a difference as Global Digital Marketing Manager

As Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of Enza Zaden’s mission to become the most data-driven and data savvy breeding company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing technology and communication strategy to align with business goals and enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Overseeing the selection, implementation, and management of global digital marketing platforms, such as CMS systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
• Leading the digital marketing team to plan, execute, and optimise global digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and digital content marketing.
• Building strong partnerships with departments such as Sales, Information & Digitalization, Corporate Communications, and Recruitment.
• Managing several global projects while ensuring alignment across teams and regions.

You will report to the Global Marketing Manager and be based in the Netherlands.
What you bring as a future colleague

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Academic level (Bachelor, MBA or MSc) in Marketing, Digital Media, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience, focusing on B2B marketing; affinity with the agri-business is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEA, Google Ads, Analytics, social media, and email marketing.
• Proven track record in managing B2B campaigns and leveraging data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments with diverse products, customers, and cultures.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple global projects.
• Leadership capabilities to foster innovation, collaboration, and the development of high-performing teams.
