Description
The objective for the role is to create and manage a new digital product offering, engaging cross-functional teams to bring this high-value offering from concept to launch and in-market execution. The role is critical to ensure product design & market requirements are developed into a market-leading product on time and on budget, as well as ongoing roadmap strategy and execution which meet user, market and business needs. Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities Digital Product Lifecycle Management • Product design, features, functionality & user experience to meet business, market & user needs • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to understand the product landscape, positioning and opportunities for differentiation. • Gather and analyze user and stakeholder feedback to inform product enhancement & roadmap strategy. Continuous discovery with customers to inform innovation and adjacent product opportunities. • Creation and delivery of sales & customer training documentation. Analytics • User behavior, site tracking, and database analytics to ensure product goals are being met. Global strategic vendor management • Strategic supplier/technology solutions aligned to product roadmap. Product Revenue & Cost • Product feature delivery & performance meets UVP & market promises, supporting sales & revenue targets. • Product cost management to ensure alignment with sales & market expectations. Other Key Details This position works with teams across the globe and should be prepared for flexible start and end times, as needed to meet responsibilities. Most workdays are conducted within ET and CT time zones. Qualifications Required Experience & Skills • 5-7+ years’ experience in product management • Demonstrated success in overseeing all elements of the digital product lifecycle. • Proven experience in leading global and cross-functional projects. • Exceptional writing communication and presentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or certification(s) Nice to Haves • Experience designing or managing digital products, tools or platforms • PMP or strong project management experience • Experience in strategic workforce planning &/or talent lifecycle solutions.
