Description

Your career as Global Director, Creative & Community at Booksy will give you the opportunity to shape our global brand strategy, grow our community, and drive brand KPIs with a strong focus on social media and community engagement metrics.
Working closely with the VP of Marketing and the Director of Global Growth, you’ll lead three key functions within our global marketing team: Global Brand & Campaigns, Global Social Media, and Global Creative Studio. You’ll ensure that all creative initiatives, campaigns, and community-building activities align with both brand and business outcomes, creating a seamless experience for our customers and a strong presence across all channels.
You’ll be excited by the prospect of leading the development of our brand strategy, community growth, and driving brand KPIs with a strong focus on social media and community engagement metrics. With your natural tendency for creativity and innovation, you will be able to balance big-picture brand vision with executional excellence, leveraging the power of creativity to engage and grow our community while driving measurable results for the business

REQUIREMENTS

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Proven senior experience in creative leadership and community growth, ideally within a global organization or fast-growing brand.

  • Strong background in brand strategy, creative direction, and campaign management across multiple channels.
  • In-depth experience with social media marketing and community engagement, including the ability to set, track, and optimize key performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and working cross-functionally with global and local marketing, product, and growth teams.

    • A creative, data-driven mindset with a keen understanding of how to drive brand affinity and customer loyalty through innovative marketing and creative content.
