Campaign Development & Integration Translate brand strategies into clear campaign narratives & frameworks Lead the development and launch of new campaigns Promote the use of AI solutions for content creation and localisation 2. Campaign Continuity & Amplification Contribute to the rollout & amplification of key campaigns across regions Ensure consistency of messaging and assets across regions Ensure alignment on timelines, assets’ list, and priorities 3. Cross-Functional Alignment Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders : Brand teams, Full-Funnel teams, Regions, All Accor and Publicis Facilitate collaboration in a matrix organization 4. B2B Communication Support Support Sales teams on B2B communication topics Help identify needs & contribute to relevant creative asset development Fixed term contract for a maternity leave (7 months starting in June) Qualifications Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent discipline. 8 to 12 years of international marketing experience with experience in brand marketing / integrated campaigns Hospitality experience as a plus Strong strategic thinking, storytelling and project management skills Experience managing external agencies Strong communication and stakeholder management in a Global & cross-functional environments Fluent in English & French Additional Information 💡 Why join us?
