Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a new Global Business Development & Key Account Management function, setting global standards and governance
  • Manage directly some of our important Global Key Accounts, acting as a global ambassador for Kardex
  • Develop and execute strategies to unlock growth from our most strategic customers
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing, international team of Segment Experts to support business development in our organic markets
  • Partner with regional teams to design and deploy go-to-market strategies that drive measurable top-line growth
  • Establish long-term partnerships with global key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth on a global level
