Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development & Implementation: Design and implement a global compensation and benefits strategy, including pay scales, benefits, pensions, and incentive plans that align with Belmond’s long-term goals.
  • Reward Structures & Benchmarking: Establish and maintain fair, competitive, and compliant global compensation structures through regular benchmarking and job evaluations.
  • Salary Reviews & Proposals: Lead annual salary reviews for global teams, prepare compensation packages for new hires and promotions, and support negotiations.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate compensation-related risks, ensuring adherence to global legal standards and audit requirements.
  • Global Mobility & Expatriate Management: Oversee programs that support global mobility, including expatriate compensation structures.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with global HR and regional teams to implement local reward programs that reflect market best practices and Belmond values.
  • Project Management: Drive HR and compensation projects, such as restructures, system upgrades, and global reward strategies.
  • HRIS Strategy & Implementation: Lead the development of a global HRIS strategy to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience, ensuring it integrates with compensation and benefits processes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Evolve HRIS tools to meet emerging needs in HR technology, supporting automation, efficiency, and user experience enhancements.
