We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Global Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our international recruitment organization across multiple regions and brands within the Technology, Gaming, and Digital sectors. Operating in an incredibly fast-paced, high-growth environment, this role reports directly to the CHRO and works closely with the C-level leadership team. The Director will oversee a global team of 70+ Recruiters, Recruitment Managers, Sourcers, and Coordinators, ensuring consistent delivery of world-class hiring results. The role also includes direct involvement in executive and leadership hiring, engaging with high-importance candidates across global markets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute a global recruitment strategy aligned with company growth, market expansion, and talent priorities. Partner with C-level executives and department heads on strategic workforce planning and senior-level hiring. Strengthen the company’s global employer brand and market positioning through data-driven, high-impact initiatives. Operational Excellence Ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality recruitment delivery across all regions and brands. Oversee the implementation and optimization of recruitment tools, processes, and analytics. Personally manage executive-level recruitment projects, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Team Management Lead and inspire a team of 70+ recruitment professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Promote continuous growth and development through coaching, mentorship, and structured team support. Lead by example, cultivating a culture of integrity, ownership, and performance. Key Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including 5+ years in a global leadership role. Proven success managing large, distributed recruitment teams (50+ people) across multiple geographies. Strong expertise in Technology, Product, and Digital recruitment domains. Extensive international experience (Europe, North America, Canada, Asia, and beyond). Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-brand organization. Exceptional people leadership skills with a focus on team support, development, and leading by example. Strong background in hyper-growth environments, with a proven ability to scale teams and processes efficiently while maintaining quality and delivery speed. Excellent problem-solving skills and operational agility, with the capacity to make sound, data-driven decisions and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities. Direct experience in executive and leadership-level hiring. Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to collaborate with C-level executives.
