GLOBAL E-COMMERCE MANAGER, NEW MARKETS

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven individual with a proven track record in ecommerce, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. You should be able to manage complex projects while adapting quickly to changing circumstances and making data-driven decisions. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, are essential for success in this role.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-8 years of experience in a commercial function, such as eCommerce trading, sales, or merchandising, with a strong focus on collaboration across teams.
• Solid experience in managing large-scale ecommerce projects or digital transformations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with or leading teams in different markets is an advantage
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus, but not required.

SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, and AB testing tools.
• Willingness to travel (5-10 days per year).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global E-Commerce Manager to play a leading role in expanding and enhancing our ecommerce operations across new markets. This role will focus on driving the successful rollout of Pandora’s ecommerce platform into new regions, with a particular emphasis on supporting the development and optimization of ecommerce operations in new markets.
You will be responsible for overseeing the launch of new websites, setting up fulfillment centers, and managing customer service operations. The role requires close collaboration with global and local teams across various departments, including Digital & Technology, Marketing, Legal, Merchandising, and Finance, to ensure the seamless integration of local needs with global strategies.
You will also support the development of local leadership teams, helping them to optimize ecommerce operations in alignment with Pandora’s global standards. This is a high-impact, strategic role that demands creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the rollout of Pandora’s ecommerce platform into new markets.
• Align market-specific needs with global digital strategies, ensuring smooth integration of local requirements with global guidelines.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Tax & Legal, Merchandising, and Digital & Technology to ensure timely project milestones.
• Ensure successful project delivery by collaborating with local leadership and their teams.
• Enable local teams to manage and operate the websites, fulfillment, and customer experience effectively.
• Contribute as a member of the global ecommerce leadership team, ensuring alignment and broad understanding of the project across the global organization.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members in relevant new markets.
