Maintain robust audit and control frameworks. 4. Technology Architecture & Integration Oversee integration between eInvoicing platforms and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, Oracle eBS, SUN, SAGE...). Define architectural standards, data governance principles, and interoperability models. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and future-proof. 5. Stakeholder Engagement Lead communication with executive stakeholders and regional leadership teams. Prepare steering committees, program status, and decision-driving insights. Manage strategic vendor relationships and negotiation. 6. Change Management & Adoption Develop global change, communication, and training frameworks. Promote adoption of standardized global processes and drive behavioural change. Support onboarding of new countries and teams. 7. Continuous Improvement & Value Realisation Track program KPIs (automation, compliance, cycle time, cost savings). Drive optimisation and innovation across the entire invoicing lifecycle. Ensure long-term sustainability of the global eInvoicing ecosystem. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Information Systems. 7–10 years of program management in global or large-scale transformation environments. Strong understanding of AR/AP and financial processes. Experience in eInvoicing mandates, frameworks, or multi-country rollouts.
