Job Description We are searching for a Global eInvoicing Program Manager to lead one of SGS’s most strategic transformation programs. This is not a standard project role, it is a global, multi-year transformation that will redefine how SGS interacts with customers, suppliers, and governments worldwide. You will design and execute the global eInvoicing vision for our countries, covering both Inbound and Outbound processes, ensuring regulatory compliance across divergent tax regimes, and harmonising processes across a highly complex multinational landscape. This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to lead an enterprise-wide digital change that affects every invoice, every country, every system, every business line. This is a senior, high-impact program leadership role that will put you at the centre of SGS’s digital evolution. Key Responsibilities 1. Program Strategy & Governance Define the global eInvoicing vision, roadmap, and standards. Establish governance, KPIs, and decision-making frameworks. 2. Multi-Country Rollout Leadership Lead and coordinate deployments across regions. Ensure alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements. 3. Regulatory & Compliance Ownership Monitor global mandates (Peppol, KSeF, SDI, CFDI, FacturaE, etc.). Ensure full tax authority compliance and audit readiness. 4. Technology & ERP Integration Oversee integrations between eInvoicing platforms and ERPs (Oracle Fusion, eBS, SUN, SAGE). Ensure architecture, data, and processes are globally standardised. 5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Engage with executive stakeholders, Finance, Tax, Procurement, and IT. Manage key vendors and negotiate service levels. 6. Change Management & Adoption Lead communication, training, and adoption strategies. Drive standardised global processes and behavioural change. 7. Continuous Improvement & Value Delivery Track KPIs (automation, compliance, cycle time, cost savings). Drive ongoing optimisation and scalability. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Information Systems. 7–10 years of program management in global or large-scale transformation environments. Strong understanding of AR/AP and financial processes. Experience in eInvoicing mandates, frameworks, or multi-country rollouts. ERP integration experience (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle eBS, SUN, SAGE...). Executive stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Experience in global tax reporting and real-time reporting mandates. Certifications: PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile. Background in Finance transformation within multinational organizations.
