Description
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Corporate housing and relocation are available for those who are eligible. Your responsibilities will include: Use your problem-solving abilities to perform meaningful engineering work Have opportunities to expand your professional network Grow your skillset through a combination of training, hands-on experience, and mentorship Collaborate with cross-functional teams Get exposure to what it is like working in a high performing medical device company Current rising junior or rising senior (grad dates between Dec 2026 - May 2028), graduating senior (May 2027 grad). Have at least one semester of school left post-internship to qualify. Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Sciences Must be able to start internship on May 18th or 26th, 2026 and work for 12 weeks Must have reliable transportation to/from work. Familiarity/experience with injection molding and associated materials/polymers Process oriented Self-starter and self-finisher Medical device industry experience. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams. Passion to learn new technologies and find new solutions.
