The Global Employer Brand Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the employer brand digital marketing strategy. They will have extensive knowledge of the digital landscape and experience working across digital projects from conception through to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing (i.e., digital marketing, omnichannel marketing) required, preferably with large scale global and matrix organizations. Experience in the Medical Devices/Life Sciences industry a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of branding and digital strategies and how they link to recruiting preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills, to work with stakeholders from a diverse set of backgrounds required
  • Experience in Employer Brand and recruitment marketing is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience using content management systems and HTML required
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools and networks including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and social media advocacy programs required
  • Excellent written English communications skills required
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management abilities required
  • Able to collect, analyze and effectively communicate data/metrics to drive improvements required
  • Willingness to innovate, challenge current practice, as well as accept and act on feedback required

Responsibilities
  • Lead the employer brand digital marketing strategy across BD, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, goals and brand. Develop digital marketing strategies aimed at both external and internal candidates to showcase BD as an employer of choice across multiple platforms (careers site, social media, recruitment platforms, internal etc.).
  • Partner with the business to understand current and future talent needs and ensure brand content and campaigns are aligned to ensure a consistent and diverse pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
  • Manage the careers site strategy and execution, optimizing it to attract a diverse talent pool from various professional backgrounds and geographical locations through our external vendor.
  • Support the execution of internal talent mobility initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with BD’s overall employer brand.
  • Lead and support the rollout of BD’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) internally, to reinforce the company’s commitment to its employees and the values it upholds, through the intranet site, emails and other communications tools.
  • Create and utilize data-driven insights to inform brand and career site strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with RPO partners across the world to ensure content is developed and leveraged at requisition level.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other key functions to ensure alignment of goals and objectives, coordination, and effective collaboration to deliver employer branding outputs.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve BD’s talent attraction efforts.
