Your new role in Global Branding & Design As our new Global Employer Brand Manager, you’ll be instrumental in launching, evolving, and maintaining our employer brand platform. You’ll ensure global implementation through intuitive tools and drive alignment with our Master brand and EVP strategy. With strong project management capabilities, you’ll navigate diverse responsibilities and collaborate across teams -including HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications, to achieve ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the global employer branding strategy and action plan, including performance metrics. Champion consistent implementation and a unified employer brand experience, offering guidance and driving the agenda proactively. Own and manage employer brand touchpoints across platforms, brand hub, templates, intranet, career site ensuring accuracy and alignment. Collaborate closely with HR, TA, Communications and Marketing to foster alignment and shared ownership. Lead and energize the global employer brand community. Plan, launch, and execute global employer brand campaigns and initiatives. Manage organic employer brand presence on social media in partnership with the communications team. Manage and report on budgets, performance, agency contacts and generally support the Branding and Design team with big and small tasks. About you. What Great Looks Like: Deep understanding of branding dynamics in a global organization, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks. Hands-on and empowering others to become employer brand advocates. Strong communicator, skilled in writing compelling texts and creating convincing presentations. Enthusiastic about implementing systems and tools for brand management. Able to build followership while ensuring consistent and cohesive brand execution. Skilled in working with external creative partners and internal teams -managing briefs, budgets, timelines, and production. Curious about AI tools and eager to innovate with systems, guidelines, and creative solutions. Are you the Global Employer Brand we are looking for? Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.
