The People & Culture team department is seeking a talented and dynamic Global employer branding & D&I Assistant (6 months internship starting on Q1 2026) to support the VP Talent acquisition & Employer branding & D&I Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems in executing social media policies and enhancing our P&C and D&I campaigns. Responsibilities: Create employer branding content for social media (Linkedin) and Accor careers brand pages Support the adoption of our Employee Value Proposition tailoring targeted Employer Branding campaigns for diverse audiences, and contributing to Employee Advocacy actions Support the team on creating content creation (caption) with a deep knowledge of the culture and EVP, using innovative approaches to format, structure, and presentation to grow our brand presence and engagement on social media Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team and social media team to raise awareness, foster adoption of our initiatives and to ensure consistent and cohesive execution of social media and influence initiatives, reflecting the brand's identity Support on the update of contents (onboarding handbooks, career pages…) Support on communication, prepare internal communication: RiiSE newsletters: success stories interviews, and Participate to the organisation of DEI events. In an international and faced pace environment this internship is a great opportunity to work closely with different internal stakeholders (P&C team, different department -Brands, communication, operations) and external stakeholders (schools relationship, social media) while developing your skills in communication, marketing and employer branding. You will be part of a team where everyone’s contribution is valued. Qualifications You are a team player, able to work effectively with transversal teams from across the globe. You have interests in social media and digital platforms and are eager to learn more Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion. You have a creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute communication campaigns Qualifications Level of studies: + 4 / +5 Fields of Studies: HR, Communication, Digital Marketing Professional Experience: Previous internship(s) in luxury or luxury hospitality either in HR or Marketing Department. Languages: Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken, French is a plus. Strong interest in managing social media, digital platform and influence strategy (Organic and paid media) with deep knowledge of the main social platforms Strong sensibility to aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail to produce high-end content Strong organization skills , multi tasking, project management skills and are a team player Creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute communication campaigns. Excellent written communication skills Agility and Flexibility.
