Join the winning team now!   Work you’ll do   Assist Managers and above in leading and performing GES engagements. The involvement in other related services such as Personal Income Tax, Payroll, SHUI services and other required engagements would also be open for discussion. Assist Managers and above in preparing proposals and business development materials, identifying potential service opportunities and approaching strategic accounts; Assist Managers and above in developing standardization processes to improve efficiency and ensure risk management; Work independently and lead team members to prepare accurate working papers and/or concise and well-written reports using appropriate business and technical knowledge on a timely basis; Instruct staffs below to conduct research, analyse issues and draft advice related to clients’ issues focusing on Immigration (focus), Payroll, Labour and Social insurance (if any) and ensure quality of work delivered to Managers; Proactively get involved in working with the vendors/ government authorities to ensure a smooth working process. Provide timely guidance and direct feedback and mentorship that contribute to the ongoing development of the staffs in the team; Provide frequent internal trainings/updates to team members; and Develop and maintain distinct relationships with peers at client organizations/ government authorities; Your role as a leaderAt Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels. Understand disruptive trends and promote potential opportunities for improvement.     Requirements   Education and Certification:   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Foreign Trade, or another relevant field.   Work experiences:   Minimum 05 years of relevant experience; Solid understanding of Payroll, PIT, Labour, compulsory Social Insurance as well as business/regulatory environment influencing Vietnamese tax and business transactions; Experience working for Big 4 would be an advantage; Experiences working with authorities, including providing explanations and consultation as needed.   Other requirements:   Good time management and project management to ensure engagements run smoothly; Good Microsoft Office’s skills: Excel and Power-point; Good English skills (especially speaking and writing skills). Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with critical thinking and an advisory mindset; Proficient in using common AI tools to enhance work efficiency. Careful and attentive to details, eager to learn; Dedicated to delivering superior client service, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt with flexibility.
