Join the winning team now!   Key Accountabilities   Assist Managers and above in performing GES engagements, including Personal Income Tax, Payroll services and other required engagements. Assist Managers and above in preparing proposals and business development materials, identifying potential service opportunities and approaching strategic accounts; Assist Managers and above in developing standardization processes to improve efficiency and ensure risk management; Work independently and collaborate well with team members to prepare accurate working papers and/or concise and well-written reports using appropriate business and technical knowledge on a timely basis; Instruct staffs below to conduct research, analyse issues and draft advice related to clients’ issues including Personal Income Tax, Payroll, Labour and Social insurance (if any) and ensure quality of work delivered to Managers; Proactively get involved in working with the government authorities at national and local level to ensure a smooth working process. Provide timely guidance and direct feedback and mentorship that contribute to the ongoing development of the staffs in the team; Provide frequent internal trainings/updates to team members; and Develop and maintain distinct relationships with peers at client organizations/ government authorities;   Requirements   Education and Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Foreign Trade, or another relevant field.   Experience and Technical skills: Minimum 02 years of experience in Personal Income Tax, payroll and labour; Experience working in Big 4 companies would be an advantage; Experiences working with authorities, including providing explanations and consultation as needed; Demonstrate a good understanding of Personal Income Tax, Payroll, Labour, compulsory Social Insurance as well as business/regulatory environment influencing Vietnamese tax and business transactions.   Other skills: Good time management and project management to ensure engagements run smoothly; Good Microsoft Office’s skills: Excel and Power-point; Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English. Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with critical thinking and an advisory mindset; Proficient in using common AI tools to enhance work efficiency; Careful and attentive to details, eager to learn; Dedicated to delivering superior client service, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt with flexibility; Able to handle multitasks and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines; Demonstrate a professional working attitude; Demonstrate patience and a strong commitment to long-term career growth within the firm.     Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
