We are seeking a highly organized Global Events Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and management of global events across multiple markets. This role involves coordinating trade shows, conferences, and other in-person experiences, ensuring seamless logistics, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will track event performance, manage budgets, and maintain calendars while providing critical support for pre- and post-event activities. The position requires frequent interaction with marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams, and includes travel to EMEA events. Manage pre-event and post-event logistics such as travel arrangements, collateral preparation, vendor coordination, and shipping. Maintain event calendars, project timelines, status trackers, and budgets to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to align events with business objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Track and report on event performance, ROI, and key metrics. Travel to support onsite execution of events across EMEA (estimated 30%) while managing multiple events simultaneously. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience coordinating B2B or SaaS events, preferably in remote and international environments. Strong understanding of event operations including budgeting, vendor management, contract negotiation, and onsite execution. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events under tight timelines. Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional dependencies. Willingness and ability to travel for events across EMEA (approx. 30%) and potentially the US (approx. 10%).
