Description

We are looking for a ENGLISH SPEAKING GLOBAL EVENTS LOGISTICS SPECIALIST for our head office which located in HALKALI / İSTANBUL. She/he will be responsible for assisting the Global Events Logistics Manager in all events they conduct and all processes they oversee, providing full support. This is an opportunity to experience multinational logistics dynamics at the heart! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact customers obtained from participant lists provided by the agency or from the company's research, or meeting with customers who contact the company, Obtain event and shipment details from participants, providing detailed information about the relevant event, and preparing an offer for the participant after evaluation. After the participant's approval, directing them for document preparation, arranging customs clearance and loading (giving loading instructions), Pass preliminary information to the agent upon giving loading instructions, tracking international shipments, tracking overseas customs clearance, unloading, delivery to the stand, and storage of empties, and informing the customer, Establish contact with companies participating in international events. Keeping track of customers in contact, Prepare price quotations in line with the tariffs of our overseas partner agents. Support work related to the company's quality objectives and policies. Comply with the rules of the ISO 9001-14001-27001, ISO 45001 Integrated Management System implemented in the company and perform the duties assigned within this scope. QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from relevant departments of faculties offering 2 or 4 year programmes at universities, Fluent ENGLISH in both writing & speaking, Minimum 2 years of work experience, Computer literacy (MS Office programmes, Soft programme, Outlook), Problem solver and analytical thinker, Being successful in human relations and team work, Being able to take responsibility and use initiative, Having persuasive abilities, Being patient and level-headed, Thinking practically and being able to make quick decisions and find solutions, Being organised and meticulous, Having good diction, Being diligent, making optimal use of time, Paying attention to detail, Being controlled and calm, Working meticulously, attentively and systematically, Being customer-focused.
