MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics or 2+ years of experience with a Masters Degree. Analytics experience is non-negotiable
  • Experience working with and influencing multi disciplinary teams
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), A/B testing, and basic statistics knowledge
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
  • Experience in improving data collection work, data processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Capacity to work with teams based outside of North America across multiple time zones

Responsibilities
  • Identify and measure success of team efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends and drivers
  • Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches
  • Partner with organization leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute strategy and investment decisions
  • Collaborate with partners to understand data needs, representing key data insights in a meaningful way
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to discover new opportunities, understanding short and long-term trends, and identifying levers to help move key metrics
