Responsibilities
The Global Brand Studio is in search of a Global Experiential & Events EMEA Lead to drive creator marketing experiential strategy and end-to-end event execution in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Head of Global Experiential & Events, the role is based in London.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the experiential and event team in the EMEA region by managing the research, identification, strategy, and start-to-finish execution of all creator and consumer experiences throughout the region.
2. Clearly articulate TikTok brand vision from event ideation through completion internally and with third party production vendors to create best-in-class experiences that bring joy to creators and consumers.
3. Strong cross-functional collaborator who will work across all divisions under TikTok to meet organization priorities and achieve wider business goals.
4. Have deep knowledge and understanding of the region’s experiential landscape and engrained in the event culture.
5. Lead the strategic approach and communications for talent, executive and guest relations for all experiences.
6. Clearly develop and track measurable event KPI’s and OKR’s.
7. Bring extensive relationships with event production teams and with key industry festivals, trade shows, conventions, venues, vendors, and more.
