Serve as the technical domain expert, providing guidance and support to global, regional, and site facilities and manufacturing teams. Collaborate with internal teams (Technology Development, Procurement, Finance, Legal) to implement engineering solutions and drive innovation. Analyze system designs to improve performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, and support problem-solving using standard methodologies. Lead and support large-scale infrastructure design and construction projects, ensuring alignment with standards, codes, and regulations. Develop and maintain global construction standards, specifications, and system concepts for deployment in new facilities. Drive global initiatives focused on reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence, including emissions, energy, and water programs. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. 7-10 years of experience in the semiconductor and/or facilities-related industry. Proficient in mechanical and process systems for semiconductor manufacturing and facilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer-focused communication skills. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing environments and facility systems. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Demonstrated adaptability to dynamic project requirements and workload demands.
