EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience in a commercial finance role, preferably within consumer goods or services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with complex, multi-source data sets.
  • Proficiency with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights).
  • Experience managing and developing a small team of direct reports.

    This global leadership position is based at our Carson, CA, headquarters with applicable hybrid on-site guidelines. The role may involve limited international travel. You will directly manage two finance analysts while collaborating closely with global business partners and cross-functional teams.
    The expected annual base salary range for this position is $115,000-$130,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.

Dermalogica is seeking a Global Finance & Analytics Manager to lead our evolving analytics and finance strategy across a global footprint. Reporting to the CFO, this high-impact role is responsible for advancing our analytics capabilities, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting to Unilever, and serving as a key business partner to our global functions headquartered in Carson, California.
This role is pivotal in empowering leadership with performance insights, driving data-led decision-making, and ensuring alignment with Unilever Prestige’s financial standards. With two direct reports and influence across international teams, this position is both strategic and hands-on, providing an exciting opportunity to shape how we manage and understand our business.
